Good Cheap Camera

Made sudden plans to go on a trip to Vegas end of this week, but I don't have a camera (the one I had broke, never replaced it).

I want to spend no more than $200, but preferably - the closer to $100, the better.

night shots are obviously important. good battery life would be nice as well. I'm not concerned with megapixels, as long as it more than 3.

Any recommendations? Please Advise. Thanks!
