Good cheap amd mobo with onboard video, sound lan

I'm looking to build a sub 500 dollar system including monitor and am looking for a cheap mobo that is reliable and has onboard video, audio and lan. I'm guessing this will be an amd board.

ECS K7SEM is the only thing that comes to mind. I've used them before. No frills but it has onboard video, lan, audio. PC100/133 memory, micro-ATX board. (2 PCI slots) The only concern I would have is that statement on ECS's website:

We had verified and confirmed that K7SEM can be guaranteed to support 100MHz AMD CPU and the MAJORITY OF THE 133MHz CPUs.

The two I've built used 900 Durons.

I like this one... you might be pushing 500 with monitor, but assuming you get a small one, it can be done. Pus if you want to upgrade video later, you can. I liked this one, since you can make it as basic as possible, but it has some limited flexability when it comes to upgrading things... only $81 from mwave.com. Plus I like MSI boards better then ECS ones...

That is a nice one... But my first note would be that the Nforce is new, so there might be glitches here and there, as in all new products... personally I wouldn't mind giving it a try...

Thanks for the recommendations guys.

Yeah this isn't going to be a gaming machine at all. Web browsing, email and word processing.

Damn you guys know your stuff, I'm impressed.
