Good CD copying program for game CD's

Alright, so I'm an avid WC3:FT player, handle is pizzownage, and frankly, i lost my game CD and is a little peeved about it. anyway, in trying to copy my friend's Cd, nothing seems to be working ,and not able to completely replicate the CD down to the last bit. I've tried Nero, CloneCD and GameXCopy, but nothing.

any suggestions on what will work?

I figure this is a legitimate reason to copy a disc, seeing as how I purchased it myself and you can't play online using other people's serials. Thanks in advance guys.

if cdrwin is still around, I always used to use that (used to = 1 year ago). also that alcohol*** some number for the *'s was a very good program also for several different apps if still around.

Alcohol 120% and it's still around. There's a free trial available as well.

Plan B would be to image the CD and use a tool like Daemon Tools to mount it, creating a virtual CD-ROM drive.

Plan C would be to find a no-CD crack.

open up the cd folder in exlorer and then drag the files to a writeable CD folder. Thats how i burnt the play disc on UT2004 for myself.
