Good Bye Albertsons

The local Albertsons changed its name, did anyone else have that happen near them?

Its so sad, that was one of my sons first words.

all of the Kash and Karry's near me changed their name to Sweetbay

Albertsons is so overpriced... but I guess so are all west coast grocery stores

The name just went out of my brain..I think its Save Mart, the change just happened. Now I just read in April it looks like it was bought out.

They closed a few stores in our area.

I just started going to Albertson's to give my dollars to someone other than Walmart. People are nicer at Albertsons than Walmart too.

All of the Albertson's in the Houston area were sold off about 2 years ago. Krogers and Randall's bought most of the sites.

I love the Albertson's near in my area. Pricey, but the selection is better.
Thank God for Safeway, they are cheaper and friendlier. So it's a toss up depending on what I am looking for.
