Good Blog program?

Can someone recommend a good blogging program? Something that's simple to install. I don't mind if its difficult to maintain. I wanna use some blog program that can open in a window in flash if possible. If not, other recommendations are welcome. I'm running on a Dixiesys server and to be honest I'm not sure what blog programs I can use. I don't think I have perl installed. (I have no idea..I'm kinda new to webpage stuff) I do have forums installed using php - so I know a LITTLE about that.
