The only benchmark I know how to run is 3dmark2003.

I was wondering if there is a webpage where Anandtech explains how you can run the benchmarks that they run for their reviews on your own machine.

I.e. If I download Unreal2k3 or Serious Sam2 demo, how do I run a benchmark so that I can compare to benchmarks on this site?
 
UT2003 Demo is a pretty easy one to run at home. Download the demo and then find the UT2003 Demo folder, go to the System sub-folder, and run benchmark.exe there. It will offer you a choice of resolutions to run the benchmarks at, and then run four benchmarks, two with just flybys and two with bots fighting, and then come up with a score for you. AnandTech shows how to change to maximum detail settings here if you really want to brutalize your video card to the max 😀
