I would highly recommend the shuttle ak32 from newegg. Just a bit more expensive than the ecs board but from my experience (I have had 2 k7s5a ecs boards and I am now running 2 ak32 shuttle boards) but much higher quality. 2 sdram and ddr slots, kt266a chipset as opposed to SiS, and the ability to overclock (muliplier, fsb, and voltage adjustments in bios).
I am running a xp1600 @ 1600 mhz in one and a tbred B 1700 @ 1900 in another. totally stable boards and no need for an expensive 400 watt powersupply to make the ecs board happy.
