The local classic rock station here Rock 92 has a morning show, Two Guys Named Chris, who go to great lengths each April 1st to perform a widespread practical joke.

Last year, they ran comercials about a statewide test lottery. To play, you just put your driver's lisence in any ATM machine and you would be entered into the lottery. Some of the machines actually accepted the driver's lisence and ate them. 🙂

This year's joke topped even that. After advertising the comemerative Dale Earnhardt 3 cent stamp site, the post offices around here are packed!

The state official in charge of commemerative stamps even called the station (not knowing they're the ones who started the prank), pleading with people to not go looking for the stamp.

Anyone else heard of any good April 1st jokes?
 
Shake up a can of beer REALLY well. Take it to the store and put it in a paint shaker and everything else you can think of. Then put it in the fridge and wait...🙂
 
I read this in Maxim or Stuff a while ago, its pretty good.

Take a couple sheets of black paper and tape them end-to-end. Put it into your fax machine and call your intended tartet, LOL. When the fax starts running and the leading edge comes out of the fax, quickly tape it to the end of the second sheet forming a "roll" out of it. The fax continues to run the paper around and around in a loop, and the recipient receives many, many black sheets of paper.

Another Really easy prank anybody can do...

Put some clear tape around the trigger of the spray thingy at your sink, holding the trigger down in the "spray" position. Put the sprayer back in its holder facing the front so that the next person that uses the sink will get sprayed as soon as they turn on the water.

I have used that second one a few times myself, it works like a charm. 😀
 
please my kid swapped the sugar with salt... let's just say my morning coffee was interesting.. bleech !!!!

hehehe, I sprayed myself with it a few times in the past, what an idiot. The best part is that it is still funny, hehehe.

 
My whole department, about 16 of us, sent a message to our supervisor with different excuses as to why we HAVE to take a half day off. She has not responded yet...lol
 
Nvidia buys AMD, not funny. I trade their stock all the time and after looking at your story I went to look at AMD just to see what they were doing today. The first news story DID have Nvidia in the title!! LOL
