Good antivirus software for Mac?

I just got an email that was CCed to several people on my contacts list. I haven't downloaded anything sketchy, so it's probably one of the Java or Flash exploits.

Currently I'm trying everything free in the App Store, but are there any solid antivirus programs for Mac you could recommend?

Okay, now I'm pretty concerned. I just opened Safari and now I have a bunch of Chinese bookmarks out of the blue. They're all mobile pages, so is my iPhone fucked?

Your Apple ID may have been compromised, and thus someone else's bookmarks are syncing to your browser. You should change passwords and update security questions.
