Good altenatives to Bowflex?

Total Gym is Chuck's thing. I don't think it's comparable to a Bowflex... different style, but I'm very happy with my Total Gym.

Sorry, unless you're eating really heavy food, just eating food alone will build up muscles in quite the same way....
