I'm using the black version of that case, and airflow is not much of a problem. Both front and side should be intake, while the back two and your psu fans should be exhaust. I really don't see the point of the top fan, since your PSU fan will be sucking air out from the top and the top sides already have numerous holes for air exits. So I cut the top off and put in a window :)

How does a fan 'just move air around' without being an intake or exhaust?

it has no holes to blow in from, so its just pushing air in that general direction. i think. check out the links

It does have holes. Look at the bottom of the case. A hole for the air to come in. I know it's sorta small, but I don't feel like drilling through acrylic.

Yeah, you want to make sure that you get good airflow in and out of the case-I've drilled holes in the fron and back of my case.
Btw, the link to the case pic was down when I tried to look, so I couldn't see it :)

well if you want positive pressure then get another intake fan and place it where teh PCI fans are. you want teh top back fans blowin out because thats where the most heat will be and you want it out quickly

in my expirence its better to have more exaust tyen intake because air will get in anyway without a fan and get sucked through

You are looking too much into this. First, not all the fans are the same, the 120 mm should push alot more air than the 80 mm's. Plus, there are many places in your case for air to escape, so you can't really get positive or negative pressure. What you want is just to make sure the air is flowing, at roughly the same amount in as out in your fans. You just don't want like 4 blowing in and 1 blowing out.
