Good A64 Nforce3 mobo for overclocking?

Is this EPoX board a good one for overclocking?

I want to overclock a A64 3000+ Winchester and need to buy that chip and a good overclocking mobo. I have to go with a board that has AGP, so no Nforce4 boards. I have heard that EPoX boards are able to get pretty high HTT values, plus I don't have a ton to spend, so this board seems to fit into my plans nicely. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with it or any other EPoX motherboards. Or you can recommend me another board.

That is a good budget A64 mobo. It and its 9NDA3+ cousin are both known very good overclockers here.

The features its big (and more expensive) brother have are not ones I would use, so that's why I am looking at this one.
