What are some good 19" monitors? I'm looking at Viewsonic A90 or P95+ series, any suggestions?

Samsung 900NF or NEC FE950+.

I was going to pick up the 900NF or the NEC FE950+, but Dell had their P992 for $285 shipped so I jumped on that. Been pretty good for me so far. :)

I was thinking of getting a Samsung 955DF for my new rig. It's a good cheap monitor but it is not perfect. Instead I think I will go for a bit more $$$ and buy ViewSonic P95+. It is pretty cheap, it comes in black at no extra cost and it has some really good refresh rates at high resolutions.

The NEC/Mitsubishi line have been very good to me..... Viewsonic always seems to be a lower cost at the
same quality.... As for Sony I love the top end models but not so impressed with the mid range from Sony....

I use a Mitsubishi 19" and 22" models.... And one Sony.....
19"- G420s
19"- Diamond Pro 920
22"- Diamond Pro 2060u

Love the 19" from Mitsu wish I had gotten another in place of this Sony....
Friends of mine love the P95+ Viewsonic 19".....

Sony CPD-G420.

I absolutely love it - great colours, awesome geometry and razor sharp text.

Sorry if this is a little off topic, but where do you guys normally buy monitors? Any place for good deals? My typically online vendor (newegg), doesn't seem to have great prices.

I try to buy from a place with free shipping.. getting harder to find now though. Dell had free shipping on most peripherals not too long ago, they may still do but with the use of a coupon.

From what I got so far Iiyama monitors don't seem to be very popular in the USA. I have their brilliant Iiyama Vision Master Pro 454. It just rocks. So maybe this could be a new candidate beside the NEC and the Samsung, even if I don't know the price differences.
