i have a lenovo e520 with a 768p screen. its ok. barely. i would love to swap it to a 1080p but fear the lvds cable may be incompatible. i'm going to start a different thread about that.
are there any decent 15.6 1366x768 screens out there in terms of black values, contrast ratio etc? most of the reviews i have read on notebookcheck (including this e520) have really poor figures. a good 1080p screen like the dell xps one usually have at least double the contrast ratio, and much much lower black values...
