Okay, can you guys give me a good list of motherboards that will support the 1.6a but also have RAID on the board. I wanna try and grab a 1.6a, but I also want the HP RAID controller since I'll be utilizing the RAID. I'd buy a RAID card, but I'd much rather have the motherboard have it.
Thanks,

Err nm, that guy seemed to have alot of trouble with it(the Epox 4g4a+). Scratch that, time for more info/opinions on one of the better mobo's for a 1.6a... with overclocking in mind :) THANKS

Are you talking to yourself again? :)

Most people around here will recommend the 4G4A+. What link did you read that was negative?

Ya, I always seem to do that. Make a thread before reading something over. I read a thread about the 4g4a+ and only saw one guys remarks about its negativity. But as I read through it more it was becoming more of a good board rather then a bad one. :) My bad for not reading completely through a thread even though it was like 7 pages. Woops..

the Epox 4G4A+ rocks! I like it a lot. no problems, aside from weirdness with overclocking and Intel/nVidia drivers, but that's not Epox's fault as I had the same problem with an Abit BG7.

I used the epox 4sda+, but the board was unstable when overclocked. I now have the soyo dragon lite, and it's much more stable, but has no dip switches for the cpu vcore. I got around that using the wire trick to get my 2.0 to 2.66. The sound quality is excellent. Usb 2.0 and the extra adapter to add 2 more speakers are available, or you can spend the extra money and get them at no extra charge with the dragon ultra with the sis 645dx chipset.

Ravho, skip the first page of the EPoX thread... After that people have had extremely good results with this board. I've been runnin a 1.6a @ 150 FSB (2.4 GHz) and DRR 375 on a 4G4A+ for over a week now. Rock solid stability on Prime95 and digital video editing.
