Perhaps arcade gaming would be a thing if the they put some effort in. Last time I was at a dave and buster type place it was like going 8 years into Nvidia's past. No matter how novel the seat or gun or whatever they bolt onto the arcade cabinet even idiots are able to notice they can have equal or better graphics on their cell phone...

Yeah I could almost understand it if you were at home and your scores would go on Xbox Live or the PSN or Steam. But it seems silly to work so hard at a bar or restaurant for a stupid game.

Obviously, you've never been a regular at a bar. Someone goes in Monday after work and sees that Tony has beaten his top score over the weekend, pumps $20.00 into the machine trying to beat him. Then Tony sees that score on Friday, then Nick (how the hell did he get up there?). Repeat and repeat. Reset the scores every now and then. ("We had to replace the motherboard." - Yeah, sure.)

I guess I can see people getting enjoyment out of Golden Tee and similar games...but the crack boxes people sit at the bar and play? I don't get it. I guess they are the same people that play games like Candy Crush for two hours a day, every day. I can't stand games like that.
