Anyone here have to use a shim to get it to mount right?

Sorry for putting this in the wrong forum. I thought I was in the case and cooling forum when I posted it.

No i did not use a shim and my temps are 90f no load and 107 full load. So I say try it first and watch your temp. you should be fine.
