I just thought I'd share an insight about multiplayer FPS gaming: don't assume everyone who is winning is cheating!!
Here is the scenario:
A mediocre player plays counterstrike with other players at around the same level, he scores at around 1:1 ratio. He is happy because the game is challenging and fun. Now, when a much better player joins and beats the crap out of everyone on the server, someone calls him a "cheater." Then everyone else joins in because once one person accuses, the "facts are so obvious."
The problem with this mentality is that by accusing someone of cheating, man players deny themselves the possibility that there could be players better. Consequently, they don't learn to play better- it is more convienent for them to accuse others of cheating than to learn to player. :|
