I have a 256mb of 3200 kingston value ram, and going to get an additional 512mb stick of the same type. Is this ram ok for oc'ing? Im just loking to get a 180mhz fsb or so.

Uhh... if you're not even going to 200 MHz, of course the RAM is okay to underclock by 20 MHz.

(If you're running the RAM at 200 MHz while your CPU is at the stock FSB of 133, downclock it to match the FSB--it really should be running synchronously.)

The mobile 2500's should do 12X200 on air. At the very least you should get 10X12 for a nice oc to a 3200 processor. I would watch your voltage as well. I would avoid a vcore over 1.65 for any longterm oc's... Good luck...
