I feel like I've already seen it after seeing the TV previews, movie previews and the preview on the Colbert Report.
 
Is Will Smith considered a good actor by the masses? I think he generally does an excellent job with his characters, but I never hear mention of it from other sources. For example, I thought he was pretty great in "I Am Legend."

He was good in Prince of Bel-Air. But yeah, I enjoyed him in that movie... he does action well. That said, that movie went from awesome to suck and it's too bad he got dragged down into it.
 
Too bad, I was hoping that Peter Berg would have a nice breakout blockbuster. (Not to mention he has the new Dune remake too...)

But we'll have to wait and see how the movie is next week, with all the regular people.

I thought he was great in The Pursuit of Happiness.

 
BOOO!!! Didnt get to see it! We were two hours early and the first couple to be told "no more seats". We got another free pass for Monday and we are put on the list for future premiere's!

All in all...an overall bad day!

I disagree. The part where he throws the whale still cracks me up.
 
Just got back from the screening, it wasn't bad at all. The bad guys and such could've used some more character development, and some more backstory would've been extremely helpful as well. Probably not a 'super' blockbuster (sorry, couldn't resist) but it was an enjoyable couple of hours.
 
I watched the screening last night (a few hours ago) as well.

Not too bad, not great though.

Can't complain considering it was free, but i don't have much desire to see it again really.
 
I though it was pretty good. Although the first part of the movie felt like a different movie from the last part. All in all I enjoyed it.
