Any tips? I'm a little nervous and worried I won't be able to get the bolts off from the backside.

Never had any problem getting them off. Worse case just double up a wrench or try a 1/2" wrachet.

It seems like the caliper bolts on mine were more difficult than the hub bolts, but all of them were pretty snug. I rounded off the hub bolts on mine just being lazy and using a regular socket on the impact wrench, it of course split and rounded the bolt. A bolt extractor got it out with no problems.

I did have to beat mine out of the steering knuckle with a little sledge hammer. The new one should already have lug bolts and the speed sensor and wire harness attached, so you shouldn't have to be too concerned with those. Just trace the wire back and plug it in on top of the frame rail.

Check for torque specs when reassembling it, I have the specs from my factory service manual for my 99 which are *probably* the same if you need them. Its a pretty quick job, I would guess an hour or so start to finish.

Make sure you've got a breaker bar and something you can use as an extender, like a jack handle that will slip over the breaker bar handle or a length of pipe. You can bust any nut loose with a long enough lever. Either that or you'll round it off and need to drill the bastard out anyway. Dremels are great for cutting a stuck nut off a bolt.
