Going to Paris, Nices(spelling?), Southern Belgium.

As a 17 year old going to Europe for a month, I'm not too sure on activities that I would find entertaining. Was wondering if any of you ATers out there had any suggestions on fun stuff to do in that part of the world. There is also a week in which we do not have anything scheduled, we were thinking of going to Northern Italy or Spain. Any and all suggestions are welcome.
