Going to New Orleans tomorrow

It will be about 7 hours, but I cannot easily sleep in a moving vehicle, even if i stay up the whole night before.
Will Tylenol PM knock me out?

He's telling the truth, that's exactly how it feels to me (like my legs weigh a ton and are pulling me down to sleep), but I've only ever taken it while in bed. Sleeping in a vehicle when using it might produce unexpected results...
