In the shitty area because it's cheap! I have a few friends who live to the west though, so I spend a bit of time out there.

Finally, read up on the drug you are so excited about taking. Read up on the long term effects. Also keep in mind that it's rare to get it clean as it's usually laced with other stuff. Bye!

This. Usually a bit less vague though. From Detroit warehouses to forests in the UP to beaches on Lake Michigan, the rave scene in Michigan was amazing back in the day.

OP, blacklights and fog machines in a club =! rave. Not that clubs can't be groovy, but they aren't raves.

OP posts it like its "cool" to post about going to a rave, especially their first one. Maybe after you to to a true rave and experience it, then one might post about their life changing experience rolling, but beforehand is laughable.
