Going to London England in 2 days, what should I see

And if its still up there is this art show about the human body in London.... showing corpses..... dead people.... with their skin removed.... and cut in half.... and stuff

that is if you think you can handle it 😉

Go to the Tower of London somewhat early so you can get a tour with the Beefeaters. They are dressed like the liquor and most are really funny and give great tours.

Also, British museum is a good collection of what the British have stolen over the years.

The Imperial War Museum is good, but the Cabinet War Bunkers were Churchill and gang commanded the war is really cool (near Westminster Church).

And hit as many pubs as you can. The British, unlike Americans, drink on their way home from work and have last call at 10:45. You'll have to hit a club or restuarant for drinking after that. But, it makes things easier in the morning if you quit around 11:00 and head home to relax for a bit.

Spend some time in Picadilly Circus...see the houses of Parliament, the tower Bridge, the Tower of London, Buckingham palace (it's a big disappointment but whatever), and hit up the museum...

That was pretty cool...

Oh...and one thing that I didn't get to do for lack of time was visit the Ministry of Sound...

the west end is pretty good to visit. the royal observatory, set your watch by the clock that keeps time for the world. stand in two hemispheres at once, that sort of thing. take the tube everywhere, its nice. well, have at least one cab ride. victoria station is interesting.

Madame Tussaud's Wax museum is pretty phat.
The women love Kensington Gardens and the dress collection in Kensington Palace.
Windsor and Eton are pretty amazing if you aren't stuck in London proper (hour train ride about).

DO NOT do a Jack the Ripper walking tour. what a waste of time. of course i found nothing in London that i liked really...so i am kind of biased.

Don't waste your time going to Buckingham Palace. The coolest thing there is the fence around it! Go the the cathedrals, churches, take a river boat trip, Big Ben is not so big, but still cool to look at.

I can't recall the address nor the name of the bar but do try asking around for the one which resides under some sort of bridge.

The bartender is a robot 🙂

It was initially a robot used to create missiles of some sort but was decomissioned before it even went to action. The bars owners bought it and reprogrammed it to make drinks and cocktails 🙂

I like the Imperial War Museum...only been there once mind you. I also like the history and science museums as they have some pretty cool stuff there. 🙂

I hadn't heard of this before. I'll have to try and check it out next time I'm visiting my brother overseas.
