<< Why do you want to go to law school? That is a pretty important question... What was your undergrad major? >>
That is a good question, Political Science with an specialization in International Politics was/is my undergraduate major.
I thought about going to graduate school for along time and possibly pursuing a PhD in International Politics or Systems Theory, but I decided that going to law school gives me alot more flexibilty to get a job in the real world etc, and the fact that it only takes three years is a real plus compared to the 5 year plus, for a Phd. Also, I really liked my undergraduate logic classes. Even though my logic prof, from the philosophy department tried to talk me out of law school because when he went to law school he didn't like it (he thought most of the people around him at law school were swindlers and crooks) but, he still got his degree and really enjoys the law.
Once again I must restate that I really think it gives me alot of options, because from what I understand if you don't like practicing law. You still have a lot of options in finding a different type of job, that is if you are not drowning in debt from the expenses of a legal education.
Advocate what are your plans when you finish law school?
