Going to Kansas City, MO in a few hours for my first time, I'm there all week for training and am staying at Harrah's while I'm there.

Is there anything to do, or any must see things while I'm there?

That'd be sweet! Go from a place that gets hammered with Hurricanes to a place that has tornadoes!!

Sucks to, says its gonna rain for the last half of the week, its been raining here in South FL for 2 weeks now, I was hoping to get away from it for a little.

You might drive down to Whitman AFB and check out the B2 bombers

The number one thing to do in KC is to eat a burnt end at a real BBQ place.

The #2 thing is to find a real jazz joint and hear true jazz played live.
This maybe hard to do now, for the clubs change all the time.

Beware: As it is Summer, all the HS kids will start coming to town and play.
The cops will act accordingly. So be careful not to look like a slacker.

sucks though, the hotel room doesn't have high speed internet access. I have to use either dial up (which I don't have an account for) or what I'm using now, which is "Internet TV", works on the hotels TV and has a wireless keyboard, not trackball or mouse though, so its a bit of a pain in the ass to use.

Oh well, at least I can get to ATOT! <3

I was looking into that Century Plaza place, gonna probally go find som BBQ and that place tomorrow after classes.

I went to Arthur bryants last night and got some burnt ends, was pretty good, but I've had better in South FL honestly. Then checked out Aimster Casino a little and saw Cinderella Man.
