Obvious February joke aside - I've previously reset my caffeine tolerance numerous times.
You likely have a caffeine tolerance set, if you want to reset it (which is really a good idea IMO) you should go without any and all caffeine for AT LEAST 1 week, ideally 2 weeks.
My wife has a headache every night at bedtime. It's a shame she has to get up early and coffee would keep her up all night or I would pour a pot or two down her throat.I once skipped coffee one morning, and I had a headache the entire day. Never again.
A couple years back I stopped coffee completely for an entire year, going from 2-5 cups per day to zero, save for one on Thanksgiving and one on Christmas. It wasn't that difficult but I was disappointed to see when I added coffee back into my diet I didn't feel like it did much to stimulate my brain. Bottom line, I think it affects everyone differently.Obvious February joke aside - I've previously reset my caffeine tolerance numerous times.
