I would like to know also since I will be using the same motherboard and processor. Anyone with overclocking experience on this board? I am hoping to get to 250FSB on the processor so I can run it and my Dual-Channel PC4000 HyperX at 1:1. :)

Bump!

Do yourselfs a big favour and get the P4C800-E board instead as it has a few fundimental updates that is a big improvment on its flawed predesesor. If you check with google it will show them in detail.

What's wrong with it? In Anands benchmarks with the i848 it hit 265Mhz FSB which is higher then I wanted. And the one I would be getting is the i865 version. And besides, the P4C800-E may be good for overclockers but it's way to expensive.

Would the Epox EP-4PCA3+ be a better choice? Understand I am a bit cash strapped and can't afford anything overly excessive.

The two issues I have with the p4p800, is I do not think the temperature probes are accurate and vcore voltage seems to fluctuate some. Still has oc to 250fsb at 2-2-2-5 timings without a problem, have not tried higher. Also onboard sound is pretty dull.
