Playing in a golf tournament in the morning through work and we tee off in just over 4 hours. Going to be a rough one seeing as to how I've been up since 04:00 (it's now 03:00) and I don't plan on sleeping. I wish I never had gotten this damn laptop through work. Now I spend hours at home doing work I could normally push off until later.

I'm going golfing in about 4 hours as well, not a tournament though. I hope it's not going to be as hot there as it will be here. Good luck and try to have some fun!

I'm going golfing in about 12 hours. :D

It'll be 85 and sunny. I'll be done about when the football game starts. So I'll play a round then we'll all go back to the pool bar, watch TV and ogle the bikini clad tourists during the commercials.

Oh wait... was this an "oh shit, I have to golf tomorrow" thread? :p

Thought you were refering to the pairings at Southern Hills course in Tulsa today for the PGA.

I was going to go but I'b be broke in no time since they charge $6 for a bottle of water.

I'm wondering how you're going to cope with golf withdrawal once school starts. :p

We finished 8 under. Tied for 4th. Not bad for a team of four that had two guys who rarely play (one hadn't played in ~7 years).

On a scramble? If you guys got 8 under without a strong A or B player that is pretty impressive. way to go.

I assume there was a hot beercart girl to get you well oiled?

There was a beercart, but the girl wasn't so hot. However, the beer was free so I wasn't going to complain.

Lol, yeah I was thinking about that this evening when I was on the course. There was a beautiful sunset, the air was cool, the cicadas were singing, and I had hit the green from the tee on the 13th hole, I was about to burst out singing "What a Wonderful World",:D and then I thought "only 9 more days until I go back to work". :(

Congrats on the 8 under, minendo!

And when you are lazy and refuse to get a job it is hard to pay that six bucks isn't it?
