EDIT again: I just read the Wikipedia plot summary, and though I knew I was spoiling the whole movie, it sounds crazy and really cool. I'm going to have to rent it.

Reminds me of Sixth Sense in a way along with some other movie I can't quite put my finger on.

It's really not a very good movie. The only reason it gained as much attention as it did was because of Bale's weight loss for the role.

Yeah, I agree. It's one of those movies with a 'twist', but it wasn't a mind-blowing reveal.
