Make sure you dont do what I did and use the 5 finger discount instead of the employee one. Plus Best Buy sucks, go work at circuit city

but thats another story. Best Buy is better, ill tell you why. At BB, if you sell a 36" TV, you have to physically go up and get the sh!t yourself. At CC, all you do is just ring out the customer and send them to the fron desk. Circuit uses a warehouse in the back. Not that I dont mind lifting things and sh!t like that, but honestly I do not feel like constantly gettin large TV and other large equip for the low salary they pay you. If you dont care about dragging those TV's around the store, then both places are the same

My friend had a seasonal position at BB until he quit cause it sucked. Good luck, some of those managers are pretty dumb.

Ah, I rememmber my days at best buy. Being yelled at by costumers for no particular reason, managers that tried to push the numbers, back breaking work on the truck late into the night. Yup, I had lots of fun
But I think the discount at BB is great, especially for car audio, its like 80% off. Basically you get everything at cost + i think like 5%.
Good seasonal job, but I made the mistake of staying there for 2 years while I went to school. Oh well.

ya, I agree with you there on what they did...working trucks every night till 1am, pressure to sell overpriced warranty plans....
id feel crappy if i didnt get a best buy job. why didnt they want you. were you wearing an akademicks velour suit to the fair?
Haha, I remember taking that. What I did was kept putting in fake SSN's and kept taking the test until I figured out all the right answers. Got a job a couple weeks later.
