Best of luck to you! I just went through one last week and have another this Friday. Go in with the attitude that you already have that job locked away. In otherwords, confident, but not arrogant.

I would be as honest as possible if I were you. I left a Illustration job to go do another Illustration job. They asked and I told them basically the truth. The company i was working for sucked, but here is what i said: 'I am looking to leave because the pay would be better as well as it seems to be more of the line of work i am looking for. As well as the advancement opportunities.'

Of course this probably wouldn't work if you were doing the EXACT same job as you were before just with a different company and the pay wasn't much better.

be honest, but sugarcoat it. See TravisT's response for a good way to sugarcoat that you hate your company.

Also, right down answers for all of the questions you expect. Then practice giving the answer. Of course, don't read the answers during the interview, what this is doing is preparing yourself to answer the questions. Also, write down some of your own questions, nothing I hate worse than asking "So do you have any questions for me?" and the answer is "Nope".
