OK, I am going for it going to buy the Thermalright Sk6 from crazypc.com with the delta 38 cfm. What al do I need to replace my heatsink fan. Heatsink/fan, thermalgrease, etc., etc.....

Yeah you may need stuff like that to remove the old thermal pad or thermal grease that is currently left on your CPU.
