Anyone have any recommendations on Alaska? i know about Denali and will be likely stopping in Anchorage as well but beyond that i'm uncertain.

Probably going to Hong Kong again this year. I am going back to Sweden also.
I am currently living the UK. Crap food. Chavvy people. Yellow teeth. Lame banter. 100k is a no no. Get me out of here.

Oldest grandson graduates high school this year, so we're definitely heading into CA for that. Other plans will depend on whether the grandkids' father gets the custody order changed so they can leave the state. If so, they'll come up here and we'll spend a couple of months camping in various places...if not, a week or two inside CA with them, then me and the Mrs. will hit the road by ourselves for a few weeks. Oregon coast, Warshington state, maybe back to Yellowstone for a week or two again.

Pretty busy year for us. We were in Vienna for NYE and were in Antwerp and Amsterdam not too long ago. We've got a trip to Germany, Austria and Switzerland in the spring and in the summer we're doing a Sweden, Finland, Russia, Estonia, and Latvia cruise with some of the family. Picks back up in the winter where we'll be spending a week in Dec and a week in Jan in New Zealand having managed to snag first and business class award seats. We'll tag some domestic trips onto the end of some of my business trips this year so probably a weekend in Denver and Orlando with maybe one in Nashville if that project ever gets approved

Should have booked earlier so you wouldn't have to pay so much :D

Loved every minute that i was outside of Auckland when i was there, it's a beautiful country, the South Island is amazing

Yeah I am really looking forward to it. In part because I didn't think I'd be lucky enough to find such a good award routing but mostly because it looks so damn pretty and seems to line up well with our interests. A nice morning hike followed by some bungie jumping adrenaline and end with some local wine and cheese in a gorgeous landscape? Yep I could do that for 14 days in a row

I am planning to go West (southern CA and Las Vegas if possible) then another business trip to some of the developing countries in Asia to build up my business so I guess you could call that a workcation.

If I have money and time, I would love to spend some time in Colorado and the Northwest of US. Love the fresh air and outdoor.

I spent about a month driving around both islands, best place i've visited.

Maui, staying at The Whaler on Ka'anapali Beach. July 2nd-12th. Time to plant myself on a beach and snorkel and SCUBA, and do nothing. Can't wait!

Work might be sending me to Hong Kong and India later this year so kind of excited for that. Wife's work is taking them on a Caribbean cruise this summer. I imagine we'll take some kind of vacation together, just don't know where yet. We have been talking about going back to Alaska.

With another baby on the way, probably nothing with the whole family. My brother will be joining me at Mt Whitney in the early summer, that's the closest I will get to a vacation. I'm not going to count the paternity time.

We took three family-destination vacations last year, and combined with a furlough, it really bit into our discretionary spending.

I just returned from London and Normandy. I think I'm heading to Ireland and Scotland in the Fall.

Wife and I will be in Cancun in a few weeks.
Then full family to Disney in June.
Then just me to Belgium & Sweden in August for a class reunion.

I'm sure I will squeeze in another family trip somewhere.

I'm getting married in April and will be travelling on my Honeymoon in April-May.

Headed from Chicago to Santorini for 5 nights, then to Venice for a few nights, and finally Milan for a night. Then we fly to Tokyo and spend a week there (any suggestions, let me know. Never been). After the week is up, we fly to Honolulu and spend a week there. Then back to Chicago, a few days staycation then back to work.

A bunch of my friends drove up the AlCan before it was paved. Great trip, worked at the salmon canneries to raise money to get back home.

Are you planing on doing any hiking or fishing or just sight seeing?
