gogocity.com sucks!

Just wanted to warn everyone that gogocity.com sucks. I ordered my HDD on Tuesday March 6 with 2 day UPS Shipping and it is instock, but it still hasn't shipped. They will not return my emails and their phone number gives me a fast busy when I dial it.

Their shipping and handling is also outrageous. I don't like these stores that have the lowest prices... only to jack them up during the shipping.

Thanks I'll add them to my list of companies to stay away from along with MONARCHCOMPUTER.COM who American Express is currently investigating after I canceled an order due to the fact that they did not ship my order in 11 days even though they said they had all my items in stock.(major lie)... This was over a month ago and they still have not credited my card...Hence the ivestigation!

Miradex.com seems to be a good site..but I ordered a Pioneer DVD for a friend 3 weeks ago and it hasn't shipped yet. I've called them, but they never answer. Emails won't respond. I'm going to call the CC company and tell them not to let it get charged...order it from someone else!

I tried this place about a year ago and had pretty much the same experience. I like to use www.mwave.com and never had a problem with them. They're rated pretty high and their prices and shipping costs are usually the lowest if you eliminate the bad places like GoGocity when comparing prices.

I have only ordered once from Gogocity and did not have any problems. Shipping was Ups ground, took about five days.
