Buy from 'em all the time. Sometimes very good prices, sometimes just average. Sometimes you get free stuff (t-shirts, mouse pads, etc.) They're legit.

I actually recommend their weekly email; they have 48-hour offers each week that are sometimes pretty good.

They are my EU shop of choice. I go there when I think the US version of a game is going to get censored in some manner or if I want a DVD edition of an otherwise CD based game.

Like others have mentioned, their 48 hour madness deals are amazing as are their dual jewel packs, which contained freespace, fallout and other awesome games in $5-$10 bundles.

When I can't find something on ebgames.com, it is the first place I go.

They are very active in the flight sim community, and the ones to buy from if you ask anybody on SimHq.com... Jason @ Gogamer.com visits their forums regularly, and anybody there would give you the thumbs up.

No first hand experience myself, but just because everybody at SimHq.com loves them (good group of people visit their forums), I'd feel safe buying from them.
