Fallout 1-2-tactics, Freespace 2 all $3 each!

Sadly this doesn't apply to Bioware/Black Isle D&D games which are now listed under Atari even though they were originally published by Interplay. I wanted to pick up Icewind Dale 2 cheap :(

Nice, thanks for the heads up.

I bought Descent 3 + Expansion. I played it a couple of years ago, but I never completed it, and I never played its expansion pack.

I'm fixin' to get a few of these. I've never dealt w/gog before. Would I have to visit gog.com every time I want to reinstall a purchased game? Or is the install content saved locally?

You download a standalone, DRM-free installer.

From GoG's FAQ:

"3. You buy it, you keep it.

Don't let your DRMs turn into nightmares (clever, no?). You won't find any intrusive copy protection in our games; we hate draconian DRM schemes just as much as you do, so at GOG.com you don't just buy the game, you actually own it. Once you download a game, you can install it on any PC and re-download it whenever you want, as many times as you need, and you can play it without an internet connection."

They did not include Black Isle Studios titles like Baldur's Gate and PlaneScape Torment :(

Redneck Rampage Collection - $2.99
MDK - $2.99
Fallout - $2.99

Man, looking at those games and those prices, I feel OLD.

I used to have the issue of PC Gamer where they reviewed MDK,,,, that seems like a whole other life right now.

Outside of a few tthat probably got misplaced, I have the entire collection if you want to feel real old.

Cool, bought the three fallout games. Have physical copies of F1 and F2 but nice to have them in a digital form. Never played Tactics.

I would imagine if it worked for Vista then it would work for 7. Each game has its own forum (found here) and I'm sure the answers are there.

It also seriously needs Rise of Nations, one of the only games that I would buy in a heart beat should it become available as a digital download, it just doesn't exist as such as of now.
