Head unit, about 50 CD's, subs, amp...no sign of forced entry, my alarm automatically locks the car(and hadn't gone off)....wtf. Nothing was in plain view and my car is a piece of sh!t, why the hell would they single it out??

Goddamn Philly.

Fvck man 🙁

Man those 50 CD's...🙁

Well 'hopefully' your insurance 'may' pay up for some value of them. Another AT guy had his CD's stolen and the insurance company paid like $8.50 per cd for the first 200 CD's or so and the rest he needed receipts for.

bwawhahaha..

and sorry about your loss. 🙁

That really sucks man...It seems like there have been a lot of posts lately about people getting their cars broken into.

Just a possibility but if your car is a piece of junk and none of the stuff is visible then it's probably somebody you know personally that robbed you. Has happened to me before!

I hate to say it again, but...

This is why you never leave ANYTHING in your car and just make do with the stock stereo.

Part of why all the CDs I keep in my truck are copies. It's fair use, RIAA!

That and I always take my iPod with me when I get out of the truck.

Sorry about your robbery. 🙁

i never understood why people leave their real cds in the car? My friend got them stolen.. she has a jeep tho, more of a target cause it's just slice and steal there.

And the alarm system... I had this happen to me, right in front of my house overnight. I hit the unlock/disarm button, the "beep" sound goes off and the lights flash. Exactly how it's suppose to be. I look in my car... my face place was on the floor, my papers scattered about, and the change drawer ripped out (missing ~$2 in change). Luckily they did not take anything except the change... I guess they head unit was too much of a pain to steal.

But what gets me is how the hell did they get in, and how was my car still alarmed. our neighbor is an iffy character too, I've been wanting to put some kind of survalence on our parking space, but dunno what.

BTW Deeko, where was your car parked? Out of sight, parking lot, etc?

On the street, about a block away. I could see the car from my bedroom window. Right about where that blue car is.

The cd's I can live with, Ive got all of them ripped onto my computer. I don't really care fi I'm listening to the real thing or a copy.

Yea, that happened to me back in like March with my old(nicer) car(which I destroyed)...they smashed my window, scattered everything out, and just took the change. Musta been a bum.

Goddamn Philly.
