Goddamnit my sleeping schedule's still messed up =/

I work 10pm to 6am. When I leave work it's still dark, when I go to bed it's light out. I sleep while people are banging around all over the place outside, driving around, doing whatever. Sometimes I get no sleep, sometimes I get too much. You should try it sometime 🙂
 
If you aren't tired at all, what is the problem? At some point you must be getting tired or there wouldn't be an issue. Do you exercise daily or do something to wear your body down enough so that you will sleep easier.
