Unfortunetly there isnt a whole lot of options in a dorm room. College people will tend to do the wierdest things at the wierdest times..
i suppose you could be devious and try to figure out who is causing the problem and then return the favor later at a time inconvinent to them, say when they have a monster test in the am.

I think what's really disturbing is that these people are so prevalent in our society (like political bullsh!t). My two buds and I were camping out in Big Sur with absolutely no one around us except Redwood trees and squirrels. Then, at around 11:00PM, out of 63 campsites in a 100 acre facility, these fvckers show up and camp right next to us. They promptly turn on their whacked trance music and start doing weed. What the heck?

well you could get a chemical like disappearing ink, fill a super soaker with it and coat them and the snow, something that is clear now but will change color later, or better something that stinks reall bad later, im sure there are chemists in you college that would do it for a favor, thats just an idea, also coat an area of the snow with said chem's so if people mess with it later it gets them, but then avoid the area so you dont get inked
