Revisionists history already? Don’t you normally have to wait a while for folks to start forgetting what actually happened?

He forgot what was happening as it happened. Or apparently he believes in the future if terrorists take hostages and then kill people when their demands aren't met that you blame the people who didn't give into their demands and that the terrorists are free from any blame.

That is exactly what liberals typically believe for their social programs...

Let poor women pop out kids they cannot feed. Blame righties(and men) for not supporting programs to feed them. Never place any blame on the women.

OH MY GOD SHUT UP! We get it, you hate women, you don't have to point it out to us at every opportunity you get.

I have never voted for her. I get the impression though that people in CA vote down party lines and for incumbants regardless of the issues. How hard is it to at least read the voter pamphlet and a website or 2 comparing the candidates before going to vote? There's no excuse for always voting for the same person and party year in and year out. You can mix it up people! Look at the issues!

She will never be removed by voters. She is too entrenched. Hell, she's so arrogant that she refuses to even attend debates with her challengers, because she already knows she's going to win:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=09gDvV_zHHk

Then she uses her political powers to help her husband's companies benefit from hundreds of millions of dollars in government contracts. Need to sell weapons to the Middle East - her husband's company can do it. Need to help her husband's real estate company? Well she'll vote to shut down post offices and turn them over to him to sell. Then she uses that money to further entrench her position and wealth. She owns a $55 million private jet for f's sake on a politician's salary!

I've never voted for her either and I've lived in CA for almost 24 years.

Feinstein is a disgusting woman and POS. She is a complete idiot and the morons who voted for her need to have their heads examined. How she can be alright with the spying on Americans is just wrong.

Those of you who can muster the maturity not to use the C word to put down women and objectify them as to their sexual organs will be doing your mothers wives and daughters a favor. Nobody is demanding that you cease exposing, via an immature choice of language, the sexual needs you have for women and the anxiety you suppress that you won't get it that leaks out in this ugly choice of vocabulary. It is only something I asked voluntarily. Clearly a lot of you are simply unaware of how coarse you've become when you show such a lack of sensitivity. My hope was to elevate those of you who can handle insight into the damage such language does. Clearly, I can only persuade people who still retain some concern for the psychological health of other people. The primitive backward assholes and immature among you can continue to talk however you wish. But know that you announce your state to others.

Yeah, we announce that we expect adults to not act like oversensitive children. Anyone who is dealt "psychological damage" by a single word from a stranger either needs a good psychologist or needs to grow up; otherwise they won't be able to function under any kind of stress.

I'm also curious as to what you think of women who call other women cunts.

Please, I asked you not to use the c word. It relays to them the idea that having female genitalia makes you an inferior person. You can either see that or you can't. A healthy person isn't going to be destroyed by one word. That's a silly argument to raise. It is the fact that we live in a culture where too many people insult women simply because they are women and girls grow up exposed to that prejudice. It is this universality that does the damage. I just asked you not to add to it. You are either grown up enough to see this or you're not. You are reacting to my one post as if I called you a bad name because you have begun to be sensitive about being called a male chauvinist pig. You are reacting just like you claim healthy women wouldn't because you aren't healthy either. Women call other women the c word because they have been infected with the same kind of gender hate. You are involved in a gender war competition, women do it to so it must be ok, when all I asked is to take gender out of the issue.

I didn't vote for Feinstein. I voted for a real Republican. I have little respect for her. But calling her the c word insults all women because it aims at gender and not what is wrong with her in specifics. I have a moral duty to inform you of what you don't apparently see. I can't make you see it. That's up to you.

Di Fi and Bar Box are bought and paid for by the "public service" unions in California. They serve only their families and the unions. They could give a shit about the people of California.

I find this narrative from the admin over spying on allies pathetic. When Obama found our Merkel was under surveilence he jumped to stop it. When the people who elected are spied on he thinks he is doing the right thing.

Indeed. And it shows what most of us have said before: That Obama could, and should, put a stop to the domestic imaging of communications. That he immediately put an end to the spying of a foreign entity but not an end to his citizens is outrageous.

We are starting to see *support in Congress to end the domestic spying, Obama should jump on board that train asap before it's too late and he just ends up going with the way the wind is blowing.

Funny too, the spy on our allies has been big news overseas for a couple weeks now. My wifes family has been raging about it for a while, now it only seems to have hit the news prime time here a couple days ago.

Dianne Feinstein is a wise and beautiful woman.

You're just trying to put some bravado on your insignificance. It's your feeling of worthlessness that makes you feel this need. Probably your mother felt like one too and made you in her image. No man is ever a man when he disrespects women. I asked folk not to use that word for their own sake, not for me. I could care less what you say. My self worth can come only from me. I mention it only so folk who spit in their own face using that word, might see and stop. I take a long view. Only a few self haters will change by factual confrontation. Most revel in spitting in their own faces. It's what self hate is all about. Go ahead and feel like shit and act it out all you like.

I see you like to glower from your tower made of ivory and spite. Do you also wear misery as a veil, to hide bewitchment of the ugliest kind?

Maybe you just need to loose your shell and shoot your mouth more often

Thank you for your deeply insightful comments. Sadly I lack the intellect and poetic gift to comprehend or do much with a phrase like 'glower from your tower' or understand the deep implications of a veil of misery, much less grasp the significance of what could possibly be implied by bewitchment of the ugliest kind. The closest I can come is to assume I'm hearing the musings of a pretentious ass. Again, thank you very much for your efforts. Perhaps one day you will understand that when somebody says they are themselves unaffected by the implications of words but recommend against their use for the sake of others, you will have some real capacity to understand what that means. In the mean time we will have to settle for the fact that you have self defined as a low level chump. Perhaps you will care to self define again.

No, it doesn't. A chauvinist will be a chauvinist whether I call Diane Feinstein a wise and beautiful woman, bitch, bad-lady-person, or bad-bad-baddy. The roots of sexism are not so superficial as to be found in slang.

Although people do have a tendency to project. Are you so easily influenced by words moonbeam? Your posts here would speak to that.

You do not even know you are riddled with sexism, much less why. You don't know that the origin of self hate is put downs, words ladened with negative meaning applied to children before the age of reason. It is you, my dear friend that has the superficial understanding. You do not remember and you don't know what you feel. You have no idea of the massive pain you repress from consciousness nor any idea how hard it is to release. You are talking to somebody who knows things you haven't had a chance to experience. I am not better than you. I have no ego need to be superior. But I do know and you do not. It's a neutral fact.

Actually you're just nuts, quite egotistical and a tad oversensitive. And you've clearly rationalized the crap out of it. You're a sad case moonbeam.

I'm sorry you feel so badly about yourself that you need to deny what you would know is true if you could only feel. You project your sadness on me, my dear, because I have felt sadness you wouldn't believe. Did you but suffer you wouldn't suffer, but your ego needs to contest. Your desire to lower me in your estimation will always make me superior. There is nothing at all that is wrong with you. We are all the same. Too bad you don't know it. When you look into the face of truth you see only your own self hate because it's your deepest belief, not the garbage you feed your ego, but what you really feel. It's something one can test and prove. I have bathed is the love that is on the other side. May you find the same. There is one thing the eye was built to know and it is light.
