Then you could say you have some p***y :)
Done that already...not necessarily my ex I miss, like I said, just having someone there to be with.

Don't you have any friends you can hang out with?
Yeah, loads, but I have issues getting close to people and letting people in. Hence the feeling lonely....

My ex g/f and I are still very good friends; we're there for each other, and I certainly don't miss the crap that made up all the bad parts of our relationship.

I don't miss the crap, i miss being able to call her up and let her know how I really feel about things. I miss holding her and things seeming better for her simply being there. I miss going to sleep next to someone and waking up next to them. I am not handling things so well on my own atm

Hardy Ha Ha! Was thinking more along the lines of a real female, which from the sounds of your idea of a girlfriend, you have never met.

Btw: say hello to your mum for me, and tell the skank ho that she owes me my change for my years subscription.

Same boat here. Never been much of a chick magnet, so I fear that I may be alone for some time :(

Yeah, is well harsh. Feel like a mofo talking to my friends and family about it too.

Thing is, I'm not gonna run aout and get another becoiz of it, which makes it that much harder, coz I know it'll take time to be happy on my own.

I know what you are talking about. You feel all empty when she's not there and you don't really feel like doing much of anything. It is also pretty amazing how quickly things can change. One minute things are great and the next it's all down hill.:(

Exactly....I can handle the down, just miss the reverse side of how much and how quickly things improve when they are around

I miss my old girlfriend too. It's all about that CONNECTION, dude. I'm too homophobic to talk to other guys about the things I used to discuss with my girlfriend: my dreams, how my day went, my poetry, and how I'm feeling. What I miss the most is something that's hard to convey in word in image. I'd rather sit on a couch with her and just talk about the deepest parts of our souls than be so mechanical and physical. (I'm obviously an atypical guy.)

Now, consider this: I'm just now realizing that celibacy in the Catholic priesthood is a lot more than just not having sex. (Although I'm still a "virgin," I can say we did things that would have violated "celibacy.) What I having the biggest problem with is that celibacy would prevent such a close, exclusive social dyad.

:(

there are people, both men and women, that would be willing to listen to such things.

Oh, and this girlfriend that I dated from November to May just called. We're both still crazy about eachother, but she moved back home to find a job after graduating from college. Now she's in Port Saint Lucie and I'm in Merritt Island. My parents don't want me seeing her (and I live with them).

DAMN IT! I WISH I COULD JUST CONVEY HOW I FEEL THROUGH THIS STUPID KEYBOARD!

If you haven't been in my situation, I have a pretty good feeling that you wouldn't understand from just reading it. I feel the same way about your situation, crisp82. Now I feel fundamentally lonely. I too have no-one with which to share my life.

Some girl will come out of nowhere and everything will work itself out. Then youll be happy again. Also dont waste time drinking it isnt the solution and it doesnt really help all too much. It really is a great feeling that there is someone out there that is there for you and that you arent alone in this world. you will find that feeling again im sure of it. :D

Hey bro, you back with ur's yet?

Not naive about finding someone else, I know that will happen, just need someone at the moment, and most of my friends don't really understand me. Guess I put a happy fsce over my problems to avoid letting them in.

Awww, you guys are making me sad. You know, girls feel the same way, too. We're not all coldhearted and go off and have loads of fun when we're not with anyone. Chris, I might be a newbie here, but I'm always open to listen to people. I enjoy it. You, or anyone else here, are more than welcome to send your 'schpeels' my way. Cheer up and take it easy. This too, shall pass.

I hope you all aren't coldhearted, or I'm a lost cause (if not already) :D
