I finaly got off my ass and went and bought the new Slayer cd today and without a doubt this is there best cd ever. GHUA ranks right up there with Tools Lateralus as the best metal cd's released this year. The first thing that strikes you is Tom Araya voices. This guy has screaming non stop for almost 20 years yet he sounds better then ever, he has never sounded so angry or crazy. The other big difference between this cd and all of there others is the lyrics, gone are songs about satan, war and serial killers in there place is songs about Kerry Kings(he wrote nearly all the lyrics)hate of God and all thing sacred(Darkness Of Christ, Disciple, God Sends Death, New Faith, Seven Face and Deviance), killing people because they pissed you off(Threshold, Exile, Here Comes The Pain and Payback), killing people just to be killing(Warezone) and vampirism(Bloodline, this song was on the Dracula 2000 soundtrack). The best songs on the cd are Disciple, God Sends Death, New Faith, Seven Face, Deviance and the closer Payback. If you liked any of the old Slayer albums or you like old school thrash and speed metal get this cd.
 
Right, thats it. I'm off to the store at lunch!!! I heard New Faith and that kicked ass. I saw them support Iron Maiden last year and that kicked even more ass.
