You should have gotten in a good barb about windows 98. If they were using windows 2000 or XP and had security set up properly, it would be impossible to cheat.

A failed "Computer Science" course on a transcript will severely hurt your ability to get into any computer-related program at a university, even if the course had absolutely nothing to do with computers. Threaten to sue if required. You're in the right, this douchebag is one of those asshat teachers that doesn't deserve to be teaching a skills-based course.

My wife sucks ass at algebra, but she's picking up statistics no problem. When I showed her the algebra (not complex algebra at all) behind some of the computations, and she was a bit confused.

She doensn't need to learn the math as long as she understands the concepts. When I realized this, I though they were genious to teach statistics in Excel (removing 90% of the math). She will likely come out of the class with understanding of the concepts, and an A. If they required her to learn all the algebra I don't think the results would be the same...

Sure I did, but it seems his last few threads have become oversensationalized, pre-pubsecent, "I'm 1337 and he's not!" suckfits...

I couldn't care less about the quality of his teacher.. it's something Neonerd should perhaps take up with a Counsellor, to see if there's another course being offered...
