Agreed, although I am DRINKING milk I do prefer 2%, I usually just buy 1% and use it on cereal and drink it ocassionaly.

I've been trying to get down to skim, I'm at 1% comfortably right now. Used to drink whole milk. I had a gallon of skim last week and it didn't really bother me. I'm at 1% this week again, I figure I'll slip skim in again next week, then if I don't notice anything, I'll stick with skim.
