1) Read from beginning to end Starting Strength
Be able to perform and fully understand all of the workouts included
Make this the backbone of my workout

2) Get lean
14% body fat

3) I should have more of these...

Those are both good goals, damage. If you start to make too many, you start to lose sight of them. Keeping it simple just gives you less to focus on :)

My goals are going craptastically. The reason I'm not ashamed about it to the point I won't update this is also ironically the same reason I'm not meeting them. Because I don't care enough. And I wish I did, but I don't right now. If I was upset about this and still not meeting them that would be one thing :(

On the plus my running is going well (better than in years) and the knee pain I've had for years continues to lessen with the strengthening. I am working out a lot. Just eating like a horse. Overall not too upset, just not going for the goals I had in here.

Should be a fun year.
LOL, 2009 was full of fail.

1. I lost a few pounds, not into the single digits for BF%.
2. Competed in 4 races, none triathlons. Never even entered one.
3. Ran the distance, didn't do a real marathon race.
4. Don't even have the desire any more.

I should state that my focus shifted in May after competing in my first trail race. I now want to do ultra distance trail races more than anything else. Next year...

6 - Have not even tried
7 - Missed em all, maybe next year
8 - I hit 355 a month ago, have not worked on them much
