I'll keep this brief:

I work part-time at UPS. We get our paychecks weekly, on Thursday. The checks ship from an accounting department in another state, *via* UPS.

They lost this week's checks. 😀

Now they are overnighting them to us so we can pick them up tonight (Friday).

i work PT for UPS as well. mine are direct deposited every friday morning so it doesn't matter if I get the physical check or not except for my records.

Hey, I've got a question about UPS. Why the fvck did my boxes get damaged to hell when I shipped them from NY to CO? I sent my PC, monitor, and various other boxes with clothes and whatnot in them. The stuff inside wasn't damaged at all because I packed them well, but the boxes are barely useable now. It was tossed about enough to actually break the original styrofoam in the PC case it was shipped with, not to mention tear the fvck out of the box. All the other boxes had damage too. If its UPS's policy to only ship computer parts with their original packaging, how the hell can I do that when the original packaging was destroyed by UPS?!

It happened a while ago so I don't plan to do anything about it, I've just never had this happen with fedex.
