It is how he feels. Screw your elite 'intelligence' community. Trump FEELS like Iran was making trouble all over the middle east but he saved us from them.

This is literally what conservatives mean when they talk about kicking the 'elites' out of govenment, they want how they feel to be the standard instead of knowledge, logic, or real information.

Yes, but whether she answers depends on what she is asked about. First Lady is not a government position, that is she is not an employee of the government. That being the case executive privilege is off the table. She is however immune to forced testimony as a spouse if questions would incriminate her husband directly. She will have to answer questions related to Putin however and what was discussed within the aforementioned restriction.

She can also reply with the 5th if she believes the conversation would create legal jeopardy for herself only.

If she fails to show she is subject to contempt. If she lies then she faces the same threats that Manafort has realized and others too.

Iran's official news agency announced the successful test of a satellite launch vehicle last week. It's public knowledge. Trump probably saw it on Fox. The rest of what Trump tweeted is the usual fear mongering bullshit.
 
Also, I feel like people underestimate just how likely a bullshit war with Iran is, especially if Trump realizes he’s losing the 2020 election.

I doubt that. It's just a rerun of the usual Ebil Ayatollahs routine of the last 40 years. Trump is firing off every flare of distraction he can as the inevitability of the Mueller report approaches.
