Go here and check out this Christian Rapture game based upon the "Left Behind" series

What you sense is the heresy of unChristians who are profiting off prophecy.

Here's a reference. Tim LaHaye - General Teachings/Activities

He's the co-author of the 'Left Behind' series of unChristian fiction books.

I've known about the computer game for some time and have read interviews featuring both the game developers and Lahaye. Stay away if you are expecting some sort of spiritually uplifting computer game.

The Lahayes are also extremely active unChristian Media Whores. Dominionist shadow government wannabes.

I'm not a practicing Christian, I am a practicing video gamer though and just happened upon the trailer while looking to see whats coming out

I found it interesting to watch them (presumably) hunting down "unbelievers" (using that verbage) as that is precisely what (some) Muslims do or may do eventually.

They are some sort of "tribulation force" comprised of what would have to be ordinary people who were "left behind" but who then converted to Christianity afterwards. They are not a uniformed military but rather a militia type force i guess.

There's some problems with the fact they run around shooting and killing everyone they see.

There's the factor of the obvious heavy game violence that argueably does in fact desensitize gamers towards killing another human being in varying degrees on each player of this game. So on these grounds the game is very problematical as an alleged "christian" computer game filled with such a high level of violence..

The "power up" they get after so many kills appears to be some sort of halo type blessing from heaven. Yeah sure. That's in Scripture.

One look at the massive Tim Lahaye residence explains this computer game. The guy is a con artist on par with the likes of Benny Hinn.

As opposed to "believers" profiting off of prophecy that is thought to be nothing more than allegoric language for the Romans?

There is nothing more sickening than a group of people who think they are so superior as to be ordained by a benevolent and loving God who would leave the vast majority of his population to suffer under Satan.

Wait and see smart guy.

Reminds me of this:

http://www.snpp.com/episodes/BABF10

Bart: When I'm feeling low, you know what always cheers me up?

Todd: Is it love?

Rod: Kindness?

Bart: Ooh, tough room. Videogames! Whaddya got? [grabs a
videogame off the shelf, and reads the title] "Billy
Graham's Bible Blaster?"

Rod: Keep firing; convert the heathens!
[cut to a pixilated video screen. Heathens cross the
street, as a Bible gun shoots the Holy Book at them. When
a heathen gets hit, he turns into a conservatively dressed
man with a halo]
[cut back to the boys]

Bart: Got him!

Rod: No, you just winged him and made him a Unitarian.

Todd: Look out, Bart! A gentle Baha'i!
[cut back to the video screen. A Baha'i, sitting cross-
legged and wearing a turban, floats past. Bart zaps him,
and turns him into another suit-wearing conservative]
[cut back to the boys]

Bart: All right! Full conversion! [puts his arms around Rod
and Todd] Thanks guys, this really cheered me up.

Video: Second Coming! Reload, reload!

Todd: Can we play now?

Bart: We are playing. We're a team.

Rod +
Todd: [pause] Yay!

Yeah, ever since the beginning of time man has used the "the end is near" language to entrap other men in their web of deceit and control.

I truly believe in God, but I believe His word has been warped by evil minds, like yours.

I take the Bible as His Word. You can read it for yourself. Even the Bereans questioned the Apostle Paul's words and checked them against the Scriptures to validate them as true.

I therefore don't belive in ramming my belief down your chow pipe.

You don't believe in ramming it down my chow pipe? Using fear as your tool of manipulation is ramming it down enough thank you. This is how all corrupt men lead, by fear, manipulation, and outright deceit.

Your Bible may have it's roots in a good-natured belief, but too many have warped it to their own ends. It may even be checked against the Scriptures, but that doesn't mean they are even correct. After all, they are just words written by men claiming to have some type of divine inspiration. Any man can say that.

As I have said before, a benevolent and loving God wouldn't create the world, fill His people with it, then say "Well screw you people who don't believe in Christianity, you are all going to hell unless you convert". He wouldn't condemn the vast majority of His people to hell.

No, a loving and benevolent God would want us to love all, do right by others, and eschew any who would subjugate others while evoking His name. It's too bad you have to use fear as your tactic. God is about so much more than that.

you also believe that Cheney, Bush, and a group of unidentified Jewish aliens from the planet Neebus all conspired to create 9/11 using vast amounts of silly putty and hallucinegetic drugs dropped in all of our world's water supplies... so, your point?

LMAO, that's gotta be a spoof.

"Bewaaaare of evil musicians. If you get too close, they might play their screaming guitars to influence you to their side."

I also like the chorus of automatons every time you give a command.

The best part is when you convert someone to your side, they suddenly become white. Either they got a little lazy with their modeling, or they are hinting at something.

Maybe that with the Mormon cheat code on?
